These numbers are increasing day by day with the latest version of Odoo and Odoo 14 which is faster than older versions of Odoo. i.e Odoo v13 

Odoo 14 is available in Two versions, Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise  

 

Odoo 14 Community: It is an Open Source version which is available for Free of cost and there is no License cost involved in it and it is with limited functionality but it is useful to manage your business objectives

 

Odoo 14 Enterprise: It is a Paid/Licensed version which includes features of Odoo Community Version plus some additional features which can be used to manage business objectives. 

Let’s check the major differences between Odoo 14 Community and Enterprise editions. 

General Features:

General features like Unlimited Functional Support, Upgrade to newer version, Better Hosting Facility, Unlimited bug fixing which are applicable for Odoo 14 Enterprise version but it is not applicable for Odoo 14 Community version. 

User Interface 

Odoo 14 Community version is applicable only for Desktop version while Odoo 14 Enterprise edition is accessible for Desktop and Mobile.

Odoo Studio 

Using the Odoo studio module, Users can easily customize views by few clicks. By Using Odoo 14 Enterprise Studio Module, Users can easily Edit Menu, Design Report, Customization in Screen and Creation of Module. This is only available for Odoo 14 Enterprise but not for Community edition. 

Sales Management      

In both Community and Enterprise versions of Odoo 14 has the sales-related module and customer portal. But Enterprise users have some additional features like Digital Products, Helpdesk, Subscription, VoIP Integration etc.

Inventory Management 

In Odoo 14 Community users have Inventory Management features available but Odoo 14 Enterprise users get access to some additional features like Support for Barcode Scanner and shipping connectors like UPS, USPS, FedEx etc which are not available for Odoo 14 Community edition. 

Accounting Management Features 

Odoo 14 Enterprise version has a wide range of dynamic reports like Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Executive Summary, Aged Payable and Receivables, Tax Report and many more. Apart from this some other features like Sales Receipt, Purchase Receipt, Digital Bill etc. These features are not available with the Odoo 14 Community version. 

Manufacturing Management 

Odoo 14 Community and Enterprise both version has MRP features like Work Centers and Bills Of Materials but Enterprise version users will gets some additional features like Quality, PLM, Maintenance, ioT etc 

Project Management 

Odoo 14 Enterprise version, Project Management has some additional features of Employee Timesheet and planning which will help you to make resource allocation among projects and tasks and estimates deadlines accurately but these features are not available in Odoo 14 Community version.

In Odoo 14 one new module introduced for Data Cleaning which helps users to remove duplicate data to remove Data Redundancy.  

Approval

Approval is a new feature in Odoo 14 Enterprise version and by using this feature employees can create and request for approval.

 

Loyalty Program in Odoo Point of Sale (POS)

Loyalty Program in POS is available in Odoo 14 Enterprise version. By using this feature user can provide attractive discounts and offers to their customers.

 

Lead Scoring Feature 

Lead Scoring feature is available for Odoo 14 Enterprise edition which allows you to give scores to the leads based on some specific criteria so best leads will automatically be assigned to your salesperson but this feature is not available for Odoo 14 Community version. 

Document Management System 

This is one of the great features available for Odoo 14 Enterprise users which are    useful to share documents publicly, Easy to select validity dates and give access rights to Download or Upload documents and this feature is not available in Odoo 14 Community version.
